Eric Jubert, Founder and Board Chair

Eric Jubert is founder and board chair of Every 1 Help 1 Inc. and the visionary behind the effort to “do good deeds” the community he now lives and the one in which he was raised. Eric is also CEO of Blue Topaz Enterprises, Inc. and based in Sugar Land, Texas, and has played many roles in his entrepreneurial, 40-year dual technology systems and project management career, and nonprofit volunteering efforts.

Eric is a past operations board member for and still supporter of CareerGear Houston (for men and teens), the local chapter of the national organization with the mission similar to that of Dress for Success Houston (for women and teens), both of whom supply gently used business clothes those that need it for job interviews and special events and then a week’s worth after being hired or otherwise. He also gives his time to many other local nonprofits, especially those working with the foster homes and the children within.

Rachel Hudson, Board Member

Ms. Rachel is a retired lab technician that worked for now BP Chemical in Texas City, Texas (aka “Amoco Chemical”) for 36 years before early retirement. She is also the mother of Eric and Carey, has moved back to Dickinson, and volunteers and works part-time as a county elections poll worker and other county activities, something she really enjoys. Ms. Rachel brings a legacy of knowledge, experience, and know-how to the Every 1 Help 1 organization.

Carey Jubert, Board Member

Carey is multi-certified Cisco network engineer that also brings a smorgasbord of technical knowledge, experience, and know-how to the Every 1 Help organization.  He will be huge help in our building of the assistive technology and equipment mission as well as with the community infrastructure reuse and economic development efforts.

Carey is one of two brothers to Eric and a multi-certified Cisco network engineer with many years within the NASA Houston commun
